Today, with the help of my mate Simon and his crane, we started erecting the frames. Slow going at first, and it took all morning to erect two frames. I sent Simon home at lunch, as I realised I had to re-think the process, and did not want to waste his time. I decided to prepare the remaining frames, pre-screwing the connecting saddles and pre-drilling locating holes to save crane time. The photo shows the assembled frames yet to be erected.
